WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY BOX?
boxes will ship during the subsequent month of your charge date. shipping months occur march, june, september, and december. for example, if you were billed on november 15, your box will ship on or before the last day of december.
receive DHN's 4910 within 2-5 business day after ship date (US) or 2 weeks (outside of US)
*PLEASE NOTE: while your receipt may show the shipment date to be the time allotted for a typical order, subscription boxes are unique in that they will not ship until on or before the last day of the subsequent month.*
WHEN AM I BILLED?
you are charged at the time of signup and reoccurring charges will began every three months after that on the 15th of every 3rd month. (4 times a year)
billing dates are: february 15, may 15, august 15, november 15.
MY SHIPPING ADDRESS/BILLING INFO CHANGED?
you'll need to create a customer account on our site, registered with the same email address as your subscription email. PLEASE NOTE AN ACCOUNT IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY CREATED FOR YOU UPON PURCHASE AND WILL NEED TO MANUALLY BE CREATED.
your subscription account and your general DHN account are separate entities, so all subscription changes MUST be made in the 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION' section. changes made in the 'account' section are for non-subscription DHN purchases only and WILL NOT reflect your in subscription membership.
*making changes to your address and/or billing must personally be done within the allotted timeframe and through your SUBSCRIPTION account UNDER THE MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION TAB. address and billing information CANNOT BE CHANGED by emailing customer service as DHN cannot be responsible for handling personal information, such as address and billing, for privacy and safety reasons.*
*if you have your login ready, simply head here to update billing and shipping info and to pause or cancel your subscription. please remember, all changes must be made BEFORE the 14th, the night before you are charged.
*any shipping or billing information MUST be changed before the billing cycle date or is not guaranteed to be updated before send out. please see above billing section for billing cycle dates.

if your card info has changed and was not able to be processed, you will have 48 hours to update your info using your login info listed above, or risk losing your subscription.
HOW DO I CANCEL?
as dental professionals, we know things can change and cancellations must occur. DHN is happy to offer you the option to cancel your subscription box, at any time. login to your account on our website to cancel your subscription.
- cancellation must occur 24 HOURS BEFORE the bill date. For example, by 11:59pm EST/PST on february 14, may 14, august 14, and november 14. if your cancellation is made after midnight, you will still be charged for that season's box and your cancellation will not take effect until the next season's box. no exceptions.
CAN I RETURN MY BOX?
unfortunately, subscription boxes are nonrefundable and nonreturnable, no exceptions. any skipped box shipments or cancellations must be made 24 hours before your box is billed.
