FAQ

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

FULFILLMENT TIME:

U.S. orders: from the time the order is placed please allow 3-5 business days to receive your item.

International orders: please allow 7-45 business days to receive your item due to COVID-19. Shipping times are not guaranteed with international first class shipping. For guaranteed shipping, priority international shipping must be purchased.

SOME NOTES:

  • Orders cannot be changed after the order is placed
  • Items may ship separately for faster shipping
  • Orders placed after 7am est. on friday will process the following Monday
  • DHN is not responsible for USPS delivery delays or lost shipments
  • Custom orders: 8-12 business days to fulfill once the order is placed + shipping.
  • Custom fees and duties are the customers' responsibility

*DHN is not responsible for lost items, items sent out with incorrect addresses, items that are shipped back due to invalid addresses and/or packages marked as 'unable to forward' by USPS. *If items are sent back to DHN from USPS for any reason, the customer is responsible for a $5.00 reshipment fee at the customer service representatives discretion*

CAN I EDIT/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Our warehouse immediately starts working on your order after it is placed. Therefore, orders cannot be edited or canceled after they are placed. This includes both addresses and items in the order.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

U.S. ORDERS: click here to begin your return and a FREE shipping label will be emailed to you within 24hrs during our normal business hours! All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. If you need to make an exchange, simply purchase your desired item on our website.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: customers are responsible for returns delivered outside of the US - please contact info@dentalhygienenaiton.com for more information.
 
RETURNS POLICY:
 
Changed your mind? we’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return only. For returns received within 60 days of purchase date, we’ll credit your original form of payment. Your return will be processed upon item arrival at our warehouse during normal business hours. Expect 1-3 business days for your refund to post to your account once processed. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
 

If your order was delivered in the U.S., your return is free. Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive a free prepaid shipping label. Cnce you receive your prepaid label, pack your items, attach your label, and take it to your nearest USPS store.

 

Customers are responsible for returns delivered outside of the US.

 

Returns & damages filed after 60 days of purchase date will only be eligible for store credit. NO returns will be accepted after 100 days of purchase date.

I CAN'T FIND MY PACKAGE!

DELIVERED BUT IT'S NOT HERE:

Sometimes packages can get lost through USPS, it happens! If the tracking history shows as delivered to the address the customer provided, a claim must be filed through USPS. Next, send the proof of your claim to info@dentalhygienenation.com and a reshipment or refund will be issued.

TRACKING STOPS:

If the tracking stops, please contact info@dentalhygienenation.com. Lost shipments are eligible for reshipment and/or refund after 35 days of the shipment date.

 

*Lost package claims must be filed within 60 days of the shipment date. After 60 days of the shipment date, packages will not be considered for DHN’s lost mail protocol; i.e. the possibility for reimbursement and/or reshipment.

HOW DO I DETERMINE THE COST IN OTHER CURRENCIES?

For easy exchange rates, click the toggle button for your currency in the upper left corner of our website. This will automatically show all items in your selected currency. At checkout, you will be charged in USD and the conversion will automatically calculate on your credit card or bank statement.

WILL I OWE TAXES ON MY ORDER IF PURCHASING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

Yes, at the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for taxes due based on the order purchased.  

DO YOU OFFER BULK DISCOUNTS?

If you have a particular design you'd like to order in bulk, we'd be happy to discount your order! Bulk orders must total $200 or more to qualify for discount pricing. Only current designs offered on our site are available for bulk discount purchase. Email info@dentalhygienenation.com for more information!

DISCOUNTS, FREE GIFTS, & MORE

Pieces of our buy one, get one bundles may be returned; however, you will be refunded half the cost of the item that was paid for in the bundle.
 

MY AMBASSADOR CODE ISN'T WORKING

Ambassador codes cannot be combined with any other promotions. If your code is not working without a promotion running, please email info@dentalhygienenation.com.
