Changed your mind? We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise for return or exchange.
For returns received within 60 days of purchase date, we’ll credit your original form of payment. Store credit only will be issued for returns placed 60 days after purchase date.
All merchandise sent back for returned must arrive to us in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unworn, unaltered.) Any return received with any stains (i.e. makeup stains, deodorant stains, food stains, etc.), pet hair or smoke smell will be refused and returned to you; you will be subject to a restocking fee and/or reshipment fee.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed. We’ll send you an email to confirm once the return has been completed.
Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries! If you need the same item in a different size or color, pack all items in a secure box or reuse the original packaging and enclose the invoice with listed new size with your items.

DHN is not responsible for 'lost packages' that are sent back to us as returns and exchanges. If a return or exchange does not arrive back to us, customer must show proof of tracking via tracking number. NO refunds or exchanges will be issued if we've not received the item(s). If tracking for a lost package is not provided, no type of credit will be issued.
*You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
*If the product was damaged or the incorrect order, we will take care of shipping costs.
All items are inspected prior to packaging to ensure product quality; therefore, damaged items will not be accepted as returns or exchanges unless USPS marks the item as damaged in handling. Thank you for your understanding!
