Your Responsibilities:

Assist with event setup, including organizing materials, placing signage, and preparing the registration area.

Manage the registration table by:
-
Checking students in
-
Distributing textbooks, goodie bags, name tags, and event materials
-
Answering basic questions and directing attendees as needed
-
Maintain a smooth, organized, and welcoming check-in experience.

Accurately track check-ins and ensure all materials are properly distributed.

Communicate promptly with the DHS team regarding any issues, questions, or supply needs.

Represent DHS Seminars with a professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
-
Must be a first-year dental hygiene student.
-
Must live within commuting distance of the event.
